Welcome Home
It is the mission of the Points of View Owners’ Association Board to make decisions that are in the best interest of our neighborhood. Our Community includes 105 Single Family Homes and 38 Townhomes. Our goal is to maintain and increase the value of the homes in our community. Our Home Owners Association maintains the common grounds.
Our Association is protected with Covenants which are enforced.
Our Community is located on the south side of the incorporated City of Lafayette. We’re passionate about putting our community first

Covenants
There are two documents attached which are the legally filed covenants and restrictions for our Owners Association. The original Covenants were filed by the Flagg Group on December 17, 1982. The 2nd document contains our Amended covenants which were filed by the Flagg Group, Shop Rite, and the Presbyterian Church of South Louisiana on August 8, 1983.
The Shop Rite Shopping Center and the Presbyterian Church and property are both part of our Community and are subject to our Homeowner Covenants, but they do not pay annual dues to our Owner Association.
